Jungshin Fitness is an exercise and mind-body program drawing upon the health benefits of Eastern movement techniques combined with modern conditioning trends. The movements are choreographed using a wooden practice sword. The sword provides a necessary tactile tool, a focus point, and a way for the client/members to increase flexibility through strength and conditioning, balance, and awareness. There is a focus on the endocrine system and health stimulated by appropriate movement exercises. Jungshin as long and short sticks as well as empty hand formats. The client can pick the length of the lever at each class. Jungshin incorporates aerobic and anaerobic fitness, moving meditation, and metabolic conditioning.
