MORNING GROVES WITH STACEY
Mondays, 9:30-10:30am
All the sweat. All the grooves. All the feels.
Mindful warm up, easy to follow choreography that will be broken down and built into a longer combo, ranging from sensual -lyrical to sassy and finishing off with strength/stretch. This class is not a straight dance technique class, nor a cardio dance fitness class…it’s a hybrid that lands somewhere in-between.
Level: All are welcome. Some movement experience is a plus.
Footwear: socks, barefeet, jazz shoes or jazz sneakers. Running shoes/regular sneakers are not recommended.
