Anthony “Bboy Tones” Montoya is a Bboy that goes to Tamalpais High School. He is currently in 10th grade and started breaking (breakdancing) when he was in 3rd grade. He has traveled all over the west coast for breaking events and has been with RoCo Dance from the beginning. Anthony has won breaking battles in Hawaii, Washington and California. Breaking is his life and he is not planning on that changing!
Founded in 1993 by professional dancer Annie Rosenthal Parr, RoCo programs 175 classes weekly for adults and youth. In their two locations within Marin County, RoCo attracts the Bay Areas finest instructors and master teachers. Classes include all levels of Modern, Jazz, Contemporary, Ballet, Hip Hop, Breaking, Brazilian, Zumba, Pilates and more. Performances are held 4-6 times annually at Marin Center and RoCo's performance space in Fairfax.
