Benjamin took his first modern technique class in 2012 and quickly fell in love with movement & art. He continued his training through Modesto Junior College’s dance program, studying with Kim T Davis and Lori Brhyni. While at Modesto, Benjamin immersed himself in the dance community and pursued opportunities to work with choreographers and dancers including Holly Johnson, Nanh Ho, Philip Flickinger, and Rebeca Meyers. He has been invited to perform at the ACDA Gala multiple times and was recently selected performed Kim T Davis’s work “Vanishing at the Water’s Edge” at the Jacob’s Pillow Inside Out stage. Benjamin continues to deepen and explore his dance practice and looks forward to what the future will bring.
