Efren Buzzo, a health and fitness enthusiast. My journey has led me to explore various movement and fitness practices, from dance and yoga to Pilates, Barre and Personal Training. My classes and daily life are all about integrating dance workouts (Zumba® style), fitness routines, and mobility exercises. I went through the AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) and NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certification, including NASM-CES (Corrective Exercise Specialization). I’ve had experience teaching a variety of approaches, such as TRX, functional training, stretching, and conditioning group classes.
