Mary Sherman’s trademark Pilates-based sculpt class using free weights, rings, rubber tubing and physio balls. This class observes Peripheral Heart Action Circuitry to burn intramuscular fat while strengthening and defining muscles, improving balance and neurological integration. This is a full body workout, similar to Mary’s one-on-one private sessions but in a group format. It is followed by 30 minutes of Pilates movements focusing on fascial release and core integration and education. This section utilizes rollers, tennis balls and mats. Take both as one flowing class or opt for only the sculpt portion. Your choice.
