Stella Bourke is a Hip Hop instructor with experience teaching both Hip Hop and Contemporary. She was in Body Language and New Constitution during her high school years and went on to teach at studios in Humboldt County and at Cal Poly Humboldt during college. She has also taught a Hip Hop master class in Portugal with the Royal Academy of Dance. Stella holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with minors in Dance and Native American Studies, and she plans to pursue a Master’s degree in Somatic Therapy in the future. We are thrilled to have Stella back!
Founded in 1993, RoCo Dance has been a cornerstone of Marin County's dance community for over three decades. Under the leadership of Sadie Carhart, Artistic Director and Owner, RoCo continues to inspire dancers of all ages through creative expression, technical excellence and community connections.
With over 100 classes weekly at it's Mill Valley studio, RoCo offers one of the Bay Area's most comprehensive dance programs for youth and adults. Classes span all levels and styles including Contemporary, Jazz, Ballet, Hip Hop, Breaking, Brazilian, Cardio, Pilates, Fitness and more. Classes are taught by some of the Bay Area's finest instructors and guest artists.
RoCo dancers perform 4-6 times annually at Bay Area performance venues showcasing original choreography and celebrating artistry, collaboration and the joy of dance.
