Tess Belger is a student at Tamalpais High School and a member of RoCo’s youth company BodyLanguage. She takes classes in ballet, jazz, contemporary, and hip hop. She is the cofounder and teacher of Dance Without Boundaries,
a dance program for youth with disabilities. She trained to teach under Ellie Kelsey and has dreamed of being a dance teacher since she was young. During the rare times she is not at RoCo, she enjoys reading, hiking, and going to the beach.
Founded in 1993 by professional dancer Annie Rosenthal Parr, RoCo programs 175 classes weekly for adults and youth. In their two locations within Marin County, RoCo attracts the Bay Areas finest instructors and master teachers. Classes include all levels of Modern, Jazz, Contemporary, Ballet, Hip Hop, Breaking, Brazilian, Zumba, Pilates and more. Performances are held 4-6 times annually at Marin Center and RoCo's performance space in Fairfax.
