Tika Morgan is a choreographer, cultural bridge-builder, and retreat facilitator whose work spans continents and traditions—from the folkloric rhythms of Brazil and Cuba to contemporary movement and meditative practice, her work invites people to move beyond performance—to embody presence, history, and healing. It’s what she calls “dancing our human story.” Based in Mexico City, Tika offers international retreats, workshops, and online programs curated to help people move beyond dance as a proformative medium into its somatic roots.
