This workshop is devoted to Tika’s love of Cuban and Latin Dance, Music, and Culture. Workshops start with body alignment, isolations, and technique moving across the floor. This is followed by choreographies that bring together popular and folkloric movement in combination with modern dance fundamentals & Salsa Suelta. Tika’s work offers a unique take on cultural dance that is a full body-mind experience for any dance background.
