Class Pre-Requisites: Must be in the Body Language company to enroll in this class.

Dress Code: Elastic waisted or tied pants that can be fitted or loose to the knee or below (pants cannot drag: need to see ankle and feet), fitted supportive top (any color, no midriffs) hair back

Parent Observation Day: We invite You to watch class Dec 11th 4:45-6:00pm.
